The Q1 of the week consisted of 2 miles easy pace, 12 minutes at threshold pace that I get to 4'34''(he backs), 3 minute easy pace, 12 minutes at threshold pace (4'40 ' 'that there were still more hills) and an easy pace time to complete the average.
Now the bad part of the week: I jumped on Thursday.
