Heat Balance. Here we go.
training "long." This time of only 15 kilometers. The idea was to try to run with the maximum possible heat so I went at five in the afternoon to test all the equipment running.
last year after the disaster, I was testing the different options for heat. The best I ran was the wet handkerchief in the provisioning and the almost total sun protection.
to accompany not too hot because it was 23 degrees but as I was by my least favorite track and the sun at the top will give it for good.
As I promised myself last year if it's hot I'll go very quiet.
